We should take care of our body and eat nutritious foods to keep our body fit, healthy and strong, we should not eat junkfoods because it will not give us nitrition.we must protect our body from sickness and diseases by eating healthy food, and we must exercise daily to make our resistance strong.
Life style diseases are like bad habits that caused by eating unhealthy foods like those cholesterol foods, and also not having the proper hygiene. Proper hygiene is really important because if we dont know how to clean ourselves bacterias and viruses will be near to us.
